Food, Fuel & More grant scheme

Received from Devon County Council:

The Food, Fuel and More grant scheme is now live on the Devon Community Foundation (DCF) website. DCF will be promoting the scheme over the coming weeks.

This is a targeted programme funded by the Household Support Fund. The scheme recognises some of our communities are under–served by other support programmes and gateways. They are therefore likely to be impacted more severely by the cost-of-living crisis.

DCF will be encouraging and seeking applications from organisations and community groups that have significant experience but also structures in place to help:

• Asian, Black and other ethnic minority communities who are not accessing support through other channels and / or
• Traveller, Gypsy and Roma communities and / or
• Homeless people and those in temporary or insecure housing and / or
• Households with disabled residents, or those suffering ill-health which has a direct impact on household income and an ability to meet food and energy bills
